Margaritas are a cocktail crafted from triple sec, tequila, and lime juice. However, you can find adaptations of the traditional margarita at a variety of restaurants and bars. It is believed that the first margarita was made in 1938 in Mexico. Since the 30s, the margarita has taken over the world. Many spirit enthusiasts consider the margarita one of, if not their favorite cocktail.

The first tortilla chips were made as an afterthought. During the 1940s, Rebecca Webb Carranza was working at her food industry job when she decided to repurpose the rejected tortillas. She made the rejected tortillas into chips as a simple snack, but the snack took off. In 1994, Rebecca Webb Carranza received the special Golden Tortilla award for her contribution to the food industry. Whether you like your tortilla chips with salsa, guac, queso, or nachos, there’s no denying the deliciousness of these chips.
