Our tacos include taco carnitas, made with roasted pork shoulder, pork belly, salsa verde, salsa arbol, chopped onion, and cilantro; taco pollo asado, made with chile marinated roasted chicken, salsa roja, guacamole, chopped onions, and cilantro; tacos rajas, made with roasted poblanos, potatoes, caramelized onion, sauteed kale, crema, almonds, and lime; tacos pescado, made with lightly battered local fish, cabbage, avocado, crema, and grapefruit habanero hot sauce; and tacos barbacoa, made with slow cooked chile rubbed charred brisket marinated in Negra Modelo Mexican Lager and Mexican coke, and picked serrano.
