Verde Kitchen & Cocktails is owned by Anthony Tartaglia, Andrew Tartaglia, and Executive Chef/Partner Zachary Rude. Our location is over 3,000 square feet and has an urban, rustic feel. We even have a live greenhouse that we use as a formal dining room. This greenhouse is home to over 50 varieties of herbs, peppers, and edible garnishes, which help make our food taste as flavorful and fresh as possible. We take pride in growing our own ingredients.
Our menu is inspired by the adventures we’ve taken in Mexico. We’ve toured inner cities, country sides, and the mountains of Oaxaca and the Pacific coastline. We serve up everything from whole roasted fish, to traditional Oaxacan Mole Negro, to Mexico City street tacos, all of which are crafted based on our remarkable explorations throughout Mexico. There is truly something for everyone at our restaurant.
