The traditional guacamole dip we serve is made from onion, tomato, lime, and avocado leaf. Our guacamole de ajo verde is crafted from spring onions, pickled ramps, habanero, and chive, and our rajas guacamole is made from roasted poblano, pomegranate seeds, pepitas, and almonds. Another way to enjoy avocado at Verde Kitchen and Cocktails is by ordering the ensalada de camarones y aguacate. This salad is served with shrimp, avocado, cabbage, lime, onion, cilantro, and Negra modelo mustard aioli.
