Spirit of the Week
The agaves Mijenta used for this bottling are grown for approximately 8 years and have a fully mature, rich sugar content which results in an exceptionally beautiful tequila. At 50% ABV, powerful flavors and aromas come through; cooked agave, tropical fruits, roasted pineapple, chocolate, caramel, dulce de leche, cinnamon and cardamom. Mijenta Tequila is not only additive free, but they also have 0 carbon footprint; practicing sustainability and planting as many agaves as they farm! 13/22
